Programme Manager – IT Change & Delivery
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €85,000 - €95,000 DOE

A leading Irish organisation is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a team of Project Managers in the delivery of a dynamic and wide-ranging IT change portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of project managers across full project lifecycles

• Overseeing delivery of large-scale IT and business transformation projects

• Managing programme-level governance, risks, budgets, and resource planning

• Acting as a key point of escalation and alignment across business change and IT

• What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering complex programmes within enterprise environments

• Strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

• Deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, etc.)

• Demonstrated success in managing financials, reporting, and risk at portfolio level

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, P3O or equivalent)
